This old window
Has been witness to much history
Over the years
A brave worker
Ignoring raindrops
The diligent bee
Continues its working day
A ride in the park
Four hooves and white coat
Galloping through the trees
Riding in Richmond Park
Straw on a wall
Crown’d with thatch
Wov-en together with skill
And lo, you find a good wall
Spring is here
Winter is now over
Some new lambs are born:
Such is the cycle of life
An inquisitive cat
A furry feline
Finds box’d tamarind
But she has no need for it
Farewell, rolls of film
Develop no more
A process long gone
Welcome digital photos
Ideas change
Reflecting on ideas
They can become distort-ed
And lose meaning
A tasty mollusc
