Curling around,
Ascending gradually:
A staircase spiralling

Lament
Mice sing prais-es,
Their coast is clear:
Our belov-ed pussy is no more
Invention
Man’s ingenuity:
To cross a river,
Construct a simple stone bridge

Dandelion
In time, it will become bald.
Won’t we all?
Is life a dandelion?
The fabric of life
Weaving life’s tapestry,
Warp and weft:
A world of experienc-es
Undervalued
Worth its weight in gold:
The craftsmanship –
Often sadly under valued
Miracle of growth
Stems of sharp thorns,
Fair flowers above:
Is not Nature so wonderful?
Under a tree
Light filtering through
Leaves and branch-es:
Felicity reigns serenely
Lost
Without gee-pee-ess or a map,
What would you do
If you lost your way?
A moving shell
A tortoise moves
Slowly across the earth
Purposefully, peacefully
